Return & Refund Policy for ZipThread

At ZipThread, we strive to deliver high-quality, personalized products that meet your expectations. As a Print-on-Demand business, each product is made specifically for you, and we take pride in creating items that are unique. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary. We have 2 days replacement and return policy.

1. Custom Products Disclaimer: Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that were personalized, customized, or made to your specific design or size preferences. Please ensure that all information (e.g., sizes, colors, designs, text) is correct before completing your order.

2. Quality Assurance and Defects: If your product is damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect print, wrong design, incorrect item), please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.

How to Report Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product, including the packaging.
  • Send the photos along with a brief description of the issue to our customer support team at support@zipthread.com.
  • We will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

3. Non-Defective Returns (Exceptions): Because of the custom nature of our products, non-defective returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that sometimes an exception is needed. If you have any concerns about the fit, size, or quality of your product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We may offer a store credit or exchange, depending on the situation.

4. Incorrect Address or Order Errors: If you provide an incorrect address and the product is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Refund Process: Once your return or exchange request is approved (in cases of damage, defect, or error), we will credit a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production of your order will begin, and cancellations are no longer possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

7. International Orders: For international customers, we cannot guarantee that customs will not cause delays. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred. Please be aware of your country’s import policies before placing an order.

8. Return Shipping Fees: For returns, exchanges, or replacements due to defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please use a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
