  • Product Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product, change product offerings, or make changes to product prices at our discretion.

  • Pricing: Prices for products are listed on the site and are subject to change at any time. The final price includes taxes and shipping costs, if applicable, and will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Processing Time: As a Print-on-Demand business, each order is custom-made, so please allow time for production and processing. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, but this may vary depending on demand or custom requirements.

  • Shipping Costs and Delivery: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your shipping address and external factors (e.g., weather, holidays, or customs).

  • International Shipping: If you are placing an international order, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Delays: PowerPlay Prints is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, production will have begun, and cancellations are no longer possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

7. Returns and Refunds

As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, all products are made to order and typically cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we accept returns or exchanges in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or if an error was made in processing your order. Refunds are provided only in cases of product defects, errors, or damages.

PowerPlay Prints is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your order will be limited to the total amount paid for that order.
