Shipping Policy for PowerPlay Prints

Thank you for choosing ZipThread! We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines the details about shipping, delivery times, and other important information regarding your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All of our products are Print-on-Demand, which means each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our processing time is typically 5-7 business days. This time may vary depending on demand, product customization, or seasonal factors.

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

  • International Orders: Shipping times for international orders vary depending on the destination. The average delivery time is between 10-21 business days, but it may take longer due to customs processing or other factors outside of our control.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1500
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, depending on the delivery destination.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products reach you in the best condition. Our primary shipping carriers include:

  • Domestic (India): India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other reliable couriers.
  • International: DHL, FedEx, and other major international carriers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. PowerPlay Prints is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@zipthread.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to correct the mistake before the order is shipped.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, there are certain factors that may cause delays. These include:

  • High order volumes (e.g., during holidays or sales events).
  • Carrier delays (especially during peak seasons or due to external factors such as weather or strikes).
  • Customs processing for international orders.

Please note: Any delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

8. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

PowerPlay Prints is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs processing. Please check with your local customs office to understand your country’s import policies before placing an international order.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the carrier, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. If a package is lost or stolen during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please Note: PowerPlay Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows that the item has been delivered. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive your order or providing a secure delivery address.

10. Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, products, or quantity unless you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make any changes.

11. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failure to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.

If the item is returned to us because it was undeliverable or there was an issue with shipping, we will notify you and arrange for a reshipment, provided the issue was on our end.

12. Shipping Address Change

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zipthread.com. We can attempt to make changes to the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
